La Roche-Posay is actually the name of a village in France, in the heart of the village lies a thermal spring water with beneficial properties for the skin. Its world famous due to its Selenium rich spring water, which is particularly beneficial to the skin.

Thermal Spring Water is rich in minerals and carbon dioxide. It is a type of mineral water which is naturally pure and rich in mineral salts, iodine and CO2, thermal water is recognized for its therapeutic properties, especially those that concern the skin.

If you have dry/sensitive skin this product is for you. It is perfect for daily use and can be used to soothe and soften sensitive skin, refresh the skin after cleansing and hydrate skin.  It contains selenium which is a powerful antioxidant that helps prevent and reduce the signs of ageing. 

If you suffer from eczema, rosacea, or psoriasis you will know that feeling of tight, dry, itchy skin a mist of this thermal spring water will really soothe that feeling. Overtime you should see an improvement in the overall feel and appearance of your skin.

I mist it on in the morning before I moisturise and after I cleanse in the evening. It's a great skin refresher for before makeup application and is great to use throughout the day to keep your makeup looking fresh.
